The Strategy Conversation

We all have Strategy and Power conversations. These are conversations that we simply find ourselves in. Most people, except for individuals with high degrees of presence of mind, are unaware that they are in the Strategy Conversation or in the Power Conversation. These are not the obvious conversations we know of. The results that we generate, individually and with others, have a great deal to do with these subtle conversations that we are in.
